Computer-Aided Accounting and Management (CAAM) is capacity develpment training package specially designed by Muhammed S. Bello sometimes in 1998 with special focus on Co-operatives, Nursery and Primary Schools Administration and other micro businesses.

First series of lectures were held all through 1999 at the Centre for Management Development, Sangisa, Ketu-Lagos with scholarships given to the Co-operative Federation of Nigeria (CFN), Lagos State Co-operative Federation Ltd. (LASCOFED) and the Co-operative Department, Lagos State who rewarded the Co-ordinator with a 2-week interdiction for the offer!

However, CAAM 99 ran successfully and was transfered to all other co-operative organisations through buy-ins and co-sponsorship.....CAAM II is an advanced level of the program.
